Membership Benefit
■ 5 USD discount benefit for New Members 
- WELCOME COUPON is automatically issued when you join as member.
- It is available to be issued 1 time per ID, and you can check it via MYPAGE > Coupon after log-in.
- You can use the coupon for 1 time only, and not available to re-use after order made, even tho the order was returned and refunded. 
* If you cancel the payment before we check the order, the coupon will be restored and you can use it again for re-ordering,
- Coupon is available to use within 30 days after issued date, and it will be expired if it is not used in time.
- It is available to use when you order over 30 USD minimum order amount (based on actual paid amount).

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to cart.
Step 3: Sign in with your registered ID or choose to shop as guest.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and confirm your order number.

    ■ Customs and Duties
    - The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes.
    - Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them.
    - In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.


Returns & Exchanges

■ Cancel / Exchange after order made (Order form status of Preparing Item / Preparing Shipment before shipped out)
- Cancel and Exchange are not available after order made.
- If you want to change the order or cancel the item(s), please request for cancellation of entire order, and re-order again.

■ Return Available Period
- Refund request should be done within 3 days of delivery completion, and should be done via contacting customer service center.

■ Return Eligible Case
- Returning due to change of mind(on size, color, etc.)
  * Exchange after shipment is not possible.
  * Shipping fee for return due to change of mind will be shouldered by a customer.
- Received a defective product
- Received a product different from your order
  * In case of confirmed wrongly shipped or defective item, return shipping fee will not be charged.

■ Return Instructions
(1) You must contact to our customer service center within 3 days of receipt. You are required to attach photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, order number, and reason for return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email.
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Please make sure to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
*Please note that EVEN defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent unworn and in the original packaging.
*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return package.
*Return shipping fees for faulty/wrong orders will be paid for or reimbursed. If the Cash-On-Delivery option is not available for your EMS shipment, scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
*If there is any missing items, please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags, etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

■ Return Ineligible Case
- If the products are damaged due to customer mishandling
- If your return request is not approved by our staff

* If the original package is missing or damaged, refund for missing item(s) might not be confirmed and proceeded.
* If the value of item(s) is lost or damaged, it is not available to return/refund.
  - Tag removal
  - Contaminated (Fur of animals or dust might be considered as contaminated)
  - Contaminated (Fur of animals or dust might be considered as contaminated)
  - Staining
  - Sign of usage (perfume, detergent, smell of cigarettes, etc) or Sign of wash
* Some products (like socks, items of pet, etc) are not available to exchange/refund.

■ The following items are not considered defective;
- Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
- Items with creases that may have been made during shipment
- Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
