Reviews Benefits notice
- You can only write a review on products that you have purchased.
- Reviews can be written within 30 days after your order status has been changed to "Delivered."
- in reward points is issued for written reviews, and in reward points is issued for photo reviews.
- Text reviews must be 30 characters or more (not including spaces and repeated words).
- Photo reviews must contain a distinguishable picture of the purchased product.
Customers who write reviews containing unauthorized photos, content unrelated to the product, or malicious expressions will not be issued reward points,
and their reviews may be deleted without prior consent. - Reviews may be used for marketing purposes.

- Customer groups are assigned every 6 months based on your accumulated purchase amounts (as of the order confirmation date).
- Customer groups are adjusted every 6 months (on January 2 and July 2 of each year starting July 2022).
